Our Bakery...

Our bakery was founded in 2013 by Christophe Grilo, in tandem with Gwen Lim, Executive Chef of Patisserie G and a partner at Lerouy Restaurant.  BAO brings a traditional French bakery to you, using an aged natural levain and complex fermenting techniques to develop breads with a fresh light crumb, wonderful flavours and outstanding pastries.

Christophe’s legacy is his decade old levain, made from wild yeast, which is used daily.
